Swiss Hamburger Soup
- 1 pkg Five-Way Beef Mix, thawed
- 1-16 oz can tomatoes
- 2 cups water
- 1 lb swiss cheese, cut into cubes
In a large saucepan, combine everything except cheese. Simmer 20 minutes over low heat. Before serving, stir in cheese cubes until softened but not melted. Makes 6-8 servings.

So as a German, we cook this a lot but in a different way, the way the Swiss cook it is you fry hamburger meat and chopped leak fill up with water add beef broth cubes let it simmer on low and ad herb cream cheese serve with garlic bread
