Swiss Hamburger Soup
- 1 pkg Five-Way Beef Mix, thawed
- 1-16 oz can tomatoes
- 2 cups water
- 1 lb swiss cheese, cut into cubes
In a large saucepan, combine everything except cheese. Simmer 20 minutes over low heat. Before serving, stir in cheese cubes until softened but not melted. Makes 6-8 servings.
