Easy Pot Pie
- 1 pkg Five-Way Beef Mix,thawed
- 2 prepared gf pie crusts
Pour Five-Way Beef Mix into a prepared pie crust in a 9-inch square pan. Top with another prepared pie crust and flute the edges. This pie may be frozen or baked as is. Preheat oven to 425. Cut slits in crust and bake 35-45 minutes or until a deep golden brown. Makes 4-6 servings.
Easy Shepherd’s Pie
- 1 pkg Five-Way Beef Mix, thawed
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded co-jack cheese
Pour Five-Way Beef Mix into a 9-inch square pan. Either prepare instant mashed potatoes according to package or if time allows boil up a batch of homemade mashed potatoes. Place potatoes on top of mix and sprinkle on co-jack cheese. Cover with foil. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 30-40 minutes. Take off the foil the last 10 minutes and brown the cheese. Makes 4-6 servings.
